- How does installation work?
Grappos will provide code containing your Unique ID (UID). Simply paste the code into your site. You can customize the locator using the configuration options described here.
- How much does it cost?
Grappos is a managed service, so pricing is based on the amount of product and account data that is processed. Monthly rates start at $300. There is no additional charge for multiple websites, Facebook pages, or the API. To inquire about your rate, please contact us.
- Do Grappos locators work on mobile?
Yes. Our design is responsive, so all features work for desktop and mobile users.
- Do Grappos locators work on Facebook?
Yes. Facebook requires that you have a dedicated business page with at least 2,000 fans.
- Do you offer reporting or analytics?
Yes. Our SearchTracker service is included in all plans.
- Which browsers are supported?
Grappos locators are compatible with all currently supported versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari.
- How do I submit my product and account data?
We accept data via email, FTP, or directly from your data provider.
